Job Overview

Aramark Canada is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residence Dining Hall Food Service Workers. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverage experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality, courteous customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including menu items, daily features, and special requests.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is considered an asset.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible, as evening and weekend work is required.
