The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our financial product verticals.

You'll work closely with our business and strategy teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the future of our products and services, and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our financial product verticals
  • Partner with business and strategy teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Lead product development teams to build innovative and user-centric products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and ensure successful market adoption
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive product growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial services or technology
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of product managers
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
