The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our financial product verticals.

You'll work closely with our business and strategy teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development. Your expertise will be essential in building a high-performing product team that delivers exceptional results and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our financial product verticals
  • Partner with business and strategy teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team that delivers exceptional results and drives business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design
  • Develop and manage product budgets and resources
  • Communicate product developments and progress to stakeholders, including leadership, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on financial services or technology
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of product managers
  • Prior experience in a start-up or product development environment
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, financial products, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
