About The Role

As Head of Product at Ambyint, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will lead the development and management of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving innovation, defining product strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement a Product Strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Identify Customer Needs, Market Trends, and Competitive Landscape to drive product innovation.
  3. Manage Customer Feedback Loop to inform product strategy and product market fit.
  4. Conduct Market Research and Analysis to inform product development decisions.
  5. Define Product Requirements and Specifications in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  6. Lead Product Development Initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  7. Work Closely with Sales and Marketing Teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
  8. Collaborate with Customer Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Define and Track Product KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Manage and Mentor a Team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years work experience in Production, Operations, or Well Optimization roles at an Energy and Petroleum (E&P) company.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.
  3. A deep understanding of Production and Operations workflows and pain points.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  5. A demonstrated passion for digital technology, analytics, or data science.
  6. Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial; able to prioritize competing initiatives.
