Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
