Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

SLPH Restaurants Inc is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
Work Conditions:
  • Standing for extended periods.
Language:
  • English.
Hours of Work:
  • 35 hours per week.
