We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our culinary team at The Beach House Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be expected to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as ensure that all kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.

In addition to your culinary skills, you will be required to have excellent attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and food service areas
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
