Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
