- Leading a team of 25 finance professionals and working closely with the CFO to achieve enterprise objectives.
- Providing financial leadership, advisory, and business support to senior leaders in the federally regulated financial institutions.
- Developing and implementing financial processes to support new products and technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Driving complex accounting and financial reporting, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluating and building a controllership team capable of managing a multi-product agile financial institution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of finance leadership experience within a federally regulated financial institution.
- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience.
- Superior understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows for deposit-taking institutions.
- Advanced knowledge of technology's role in financial performance and sustainability.
- Strong leadership and project execution skills, with the ability to motivate a team and drive business objectives.
