Job Description:

Lorne St. Bottle Depot is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Director to oversee the daily operations of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Large workload requiring effective time management and prioritization

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
