Job Title: Executive Director of Theatre Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the administrative and business operations of our theatre company. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of senior management experience in a producing theatre organization or a complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the administrative and business operations of our theatre company.
- Oversee organizational finances, business development, facility management, and ticket sales.
- Develop and foster the highest standards of fiscal, operational, and administrative excellence.
- Work with our Board of Directors and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
- Oversee the management and operation of our facilities, including the Sagebrush Theatre, Pavilion Theatre, and Kelson Hall.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of senior management experience in a producing theatre organization (preferred) or in the performing arts in general or multi-faceted, complex organization.
- Experience in theatre facilities management is an asset.
- An understanding of digital and social media as they relate to marketing and communications.
- Proven success in fundraising, including individual giving, foundations, corporate sponsorships, and government funding.
- Demonstrated understanding of and proven commitment to the values of equity, inclusion, and diversity with a track record of inclusive, strategic leadership and collaboration.

Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a comprehensive pension plan, and generous vacation time.
