The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Wajax. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our product offerings within our portfolio, including valve, instrumentation, and power products.

The Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales activity goals and foster relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers based on their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal business units and manufacturers to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Elevate our brand equity through events, trade shows, and training sessions.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical sales role, preferably in the valve, instrumentation, and/or power components industry.
  • Technical engineering diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with Salesforce is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
