About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Humble Wellness Clinic Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our chiropractors in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch patient care.
  • Assist with Patient Assessments: Assist physicians in assessing patients and developing treatment plans.
  • Treatment Programs: Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Patient Education: Assist chiropractors with patient health education and provide information on treatment options.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims such as health insurance or workers' compensation.
  • Statistics and Data: Collect and maintain statistics and data as required.
  • Treatment Machines: Connect treatment machines to patients as directed by chiropractors.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Physical Examinations: Assist chiropractors with physical examinations and document patient rehabilitation progress.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and managing office functions.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
