We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Humble Wellness Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care, including positioning patients for treatments and maintaining equipment.
  • Process claims, collect statistics, and maintain inventory of equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with physical examinations, document patient rehabilitation progress, and perform general clerical duties.
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an asset.
