Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Pharmalinx Medical Centre Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative support to our chiropractors, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves assisting with patient health education, performing general clerical duties, scheduling appointments, and managing routine office functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist chiropractors with patient health education and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a fast-paced and organized environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
