Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Humble Wellness Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical clinic. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs
  • Position patients for treatments, clean and maintain equipment, and assist with patient health education
  • Process claims, collect statistics, and maintain inventory of equipment
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress and perform general clerical duties
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing office functions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or clinic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software
