We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC.
Job SummaryThe Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with repetitive tasks and high pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
