We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC.
Job SummaryThe Breakfast Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as inspecting kitchens and food service areas. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Kitchen Inspection: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as required.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring repetitive tasks and the ability to work under pressure.
