Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1527057 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Train and develop sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, meeting company standards.
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent customer service skills
