Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional guest service as a Guest Agent II. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Check guests in and out, handling all aspects of front office operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year recent experience as a guest agent in a luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to provide excellent service and exceed expectations
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
  • Proficient in English language, both verbal & written, with a second language being an asset

Physical Aspects of Position:

Frequent standing and walking, occasional bending and kneeling, frequent carrying and lifting.

Visa Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
