Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Seasonal

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your passion for retail will shine through in every interaction, exceeding guest expectations and building a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, practicing the Fairmont Stores Selling Standards
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Receive and merchandise products, assisting with the organization of the store
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is an asset
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, maintain appearance of the store, able to lift 25-40lbs and climb three-step ladder
