We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Forefront Staffing Resources Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and scheduling appointments.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Please note that this is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in English.
