About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities, assist with maintenance and repair of medical equipment, and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
You will also take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, supervise patients' exercise routines, bathe, dress, and groom patients, transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher, and answer call signals to determine patients' needs.
In emergency situations, you will administer first aid as needed.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting and a strong understanding of patient care principles. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
