Patient Care Support Professional

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a skilled Patient Care Support Professional to provide direct client care and environmental support within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate respect for client independence, dignity, privacy, and lifestyle at all times.
- Support clients' independence in activities of daily living, as assessed by the Case Coordinator.
- Ensure knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines, including hand-washing protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
