Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data analysis and transportation technology? Do you want to work with a dynamic and growing company that is transforming the public transit industry? We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team at RideCo.

About the Role:

As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to analyze their operations data, develop and implement transportation solutions, and provide technical systems support. You will work closely with our project managers, solutions engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and client management: Plan and launch client projects, support communication and coordination between project stakeholders, and work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement transportation services: Work with project managers, solutions engineers, and client stakeholders to develop and implement transportation solutions that fit the needs of the client.
  • Data analysis and performance reporting: Perform ad-hoc data analysis tasks, design performance analysis reports, and review performance reports with stakeholders and clients.
  • Run simulations and optimize service design: Perform simulations to analyze performance and operational KPIs, iterate on the service model, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support: Provide ongoing technical systems and analytics support to operations managers, advise them on using the system's dashboards, and perform system configuration changes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or Planning.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and previous experience in a geospatial analysis program such as GIS.
