Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong customer service skills and technical expertise to provide timely and effective support to our customers. As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate pricing and shipping information to customers
- Assist customers with navigating multiple parts lookup programs
- Collaborate with field staff members to resolve customer concerns
- Negotiate with vendors to offer customers various options
- Maintain continuous training to deliver exceptional service
- Support other departments to foster a harmonious work environment
Requirements:
- Previous industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
- Technical program proficiency
- Recent graduates welcome to apply
- Superior customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to work effectively in a group environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
