Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong customer service skills and technical expertise to provide timely and effective support to our customers. As a Product Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing training to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate pricing and shipping information to customers
  • Assist customers with navigating multiple parts lookup programs
  • Collaborate with field staff members to resolve customer concerns
  • Negotiate with vendors to offer customers various options
  • Maintain continuous training to deliver exceptional service
  • Support other departments to foster a harmonious work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous industry experience is considered an asset but not necessary
  • Technical program proficiency
  • Recent graduates welcome to apply
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a group environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
