Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Chevron - Gregoire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the retail business.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Client focus and excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and team player.
Work Environment
