Job Title: Field Coordinator

At EllisDon, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and delivering projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, contractors, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, photographs, and correspondence.
  • Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations to ensure project accuracy.
  • Conduct quality control activities and inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of construction field experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience working on structural infrastructure projects is an asset.
