Job Title: Field Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to plan, inspect, and execute field work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with Owners, Contract administrators, Sub-contractors, and Engineers to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Assist in the interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, photographs, and correspondence.
  • Perform material takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
  • Review, interpret, and update construction schedules and projections, performing quantity calculations as required.
  • Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs, and update construction progress records.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of construction field experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform work safely and effectively.
  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience working on structural infrastructure projects is an asset.
