Operations Manager

Pizza Pizza (Huntsville) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of our food and beverage service, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations management, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
