Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SBS Expedited Services Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and implement plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Equipment and Supplies: Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and ordered in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
