Job Title: Executive Chef for Bistro Kitchen
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our bistro kitchen team at KYU BISTRO INC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Clean kitchen and work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to meet customer expectations
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
