We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Ontario Mills Premium Outlets in Ontario, CA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and develop a thorough knowledge of our merchandise.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail. They must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business.
