Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and train team members to create memorable guest experiences through proactive maintenance and repair efforts.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by investigating all maintenance requests promptly, preventing minor issues from escalating into major problems.
  • Develop and implement schedules that meet peak demand periods while managing labor costs within budgeted parameters.
  • Execute assigned tasks with high efficiency, timeliness, and quality, minimizing the need for follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry concepts.
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related field is an asset.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in mathematical calculations and problem-solving.
  • Prior leadership experience is desirable.

Working Conditions
