Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at WTC Ventures.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and increasing customer engagement.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of the restaurant.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Industry Experience: Food and beverages industry.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
- Health Care Plan: Comprehensive health care plan for employees.
- Work Terms: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
