About the Role

Veeva Vault Safety is seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation for pharmacovigilance content.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain documentation for new features and monthly releases, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and clear.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure your content meets the required standards.
  • Become an expert in Vault Safety and stay up-to-date with new features documented by other writers.
  • Contribute to the consistent voice of the Help Center by reviewing existing content and maintaining a similar style.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Post-graduate degree or certificate in technical communications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and research skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to expand technical skills.
