Recruitment Officer

At Richmond Staffing Inc., we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. You will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Additionally, you will co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of the selection process, and prepare job offers. You will also advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
