Job Title: Copy Supervisor

Job Description:

Klick Health is seeking a skilled Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. As a Copy Supervisor, you will be responsible for generating ideas, creating concepts for advertising and promotional copy, and working closely with our Creative and Client Service teams to ensure adherence to client marketing strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Manage and mentor direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
* Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of product challenges and market trends

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Writing, or related discipline
* 5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team setting
* Ability to build client rapport and trust
* Established presentation skills
* Computer proficiency; solid knowledge of word text programs
