Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Lead to join our team at La Senza - SevenOaks Shopping Center. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including overseeing sales, inventory, and customer service
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to retail team members, including training and development
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand, and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
  4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  5. Manage payroll processes efficiently, and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively for transactions and reporting
  6. Contribute to market research and implement findings to enhance store performance, and assist in training development for staff members

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in retail sales or management, with a strong track record of driving sales and achieving targets
  2. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  3. Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  4. Proficiency in POS systems and other retail software applications, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices
  5. Ability to conduct interviews and provide effective training to staff members

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.40-$19.00 per hour
  • A flexible schedule, with 20-25 hours per week
