About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at ABBY FLYING FASHION LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage budgets and monitor sales performance to ensure profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in retail sales or a related field is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work setting is a fabric store.
