Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at TITAN PARTS ABBOTSFORD LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Retail Sales Team: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Staffing and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Retail business, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Analytical, efficiency, integrity.
