Job Description

As a key member of our team at NEW PRINCE TIRES INC., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business. This includes managing staff and assigning duties to ensure maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise office and volunteer staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: A college or CEGEP degree is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
