About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our Retirement consulting team in providing expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support global organizations in designing, managing, administering, and communicating various retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, fund, price, and implement and manage retirement programs
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
  • Support corporate restructuring and capital enhancement initiatives
  • Work with a wide range of associates at all levels within the local practice
  • Perform asset/liability modeling and annual pension and post-retirement medical valuations
  • Assist with completion of plan reporting and filing requirements
  • Perform plan administrative tasks such as benefit calculations and plan document reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
  • Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills
  • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client expectations
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
What We Offer

The base salary compensation range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 CAD, and this position is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
