The Business

We're seeking a talented Actuarial Analyst to join our Retirement consulting team, where you'll provide expertise in retirement and investment consulting to global organizations. Your mission will be to help clients design, manage, administer, and communicate various retirement plans, ensuring they meet their specific goals.

In this role, you'll gain direct exposure to real client assignments, leveraging your analytical skills, creativity, and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional results. You'll work closely with consultants to provide actuarial support on projects, including designing, funding, pricing, and implementing retirement programs.

Develop Your Expertise

You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from competitive benchmarking analysis to corporate restructuring and capital enhancement initiatives. You'll also partner with associates at all levels within the local practice, performing asset/liability modeling, annual pension and post-retirement medical valuations, and plan administrative tasks.

As a member of our team, you'll be eligible for a comprehensive exam study program, including paid study hours and exam coaching to assist in attaining the accredited designation of Actuary.
