Job Summary

Definity is seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Corporate Actuarial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models, analyzing data, and communicating insights to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and categorize data from various sources for valuation, planning, and risk evaluation
  • Create and evaluate predictive models to support Corporate Actuarial functions
  • Communicate complex actuarial concepts to management and stakeholders
  • Design and implement automated processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform peer reviews and provide feedback to junior team members
Requirements
  • University degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Completion of 4-6 exams of the Casualty Actuarial Society
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong programming skills and experience with SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms
