At Siemens Canada Limited, we are looking for a skilled Water System Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our water systems across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

About the Role
  • We are seeking a licensed Fitter with 5+ years of experience in the field.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationship skills and be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

In this role, you will conduct inspections of installed systems, complete inspection reports, perform preventative maintenance, repair, maintain, and update sprinkler systems as required, and perform field repairs when necessary. Additionally, you will need to perform small retrofits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting installed systems and completing inspection reports
  • Performing preventative maintenance for sprinkler systems
  • Repairing, maintaining, and updating sprinkler systems as required
  • Performing field repairs when necessary
  • Performing small retrofits
Requirements:
  • Licensed Fitter
  • 5+ years of service experience
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Valid Driver's license in good standing
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the GTA to client sites as required
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends
  • Collaborative approach in a team environment
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
