About the Role

This aspirational leadership position requires an individual with enthusiasm for our brand and a strong connection to our purpose. As a key member of the Store Management team, you will support in driving store excellence, sales results, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting solutions to efficiently handle customer concerns and sharing feedback with the Store Management team when necessary.
  • Collaborating on creative visual merchandising strategies and inventory management to optimize store operations.
  • Serving as a flexible and responsible role model by providing effective communication and coaching to the team.
  • Partnering with the Store Management team to develop a customer-focused store experience that drives engagement through our products and campaigns.
  • Ensuring the development of customer loyalty to further build The Body Shop brand.
  • Maintaining high performance standards and meeting sales targets.
  • IDentifying and attracting high potential candidates and developing current team members to succeed in their goals.
  • Fostering collaboration, commerciality, leadership, and personal conduct within the team.
