About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dining Establishment Operations Manager to join our team at A & W. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service meet high standards.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient systems to manage workflow and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Spearhead training programs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service, teamwork, and professionalism among staff.
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and secure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for growth opportunities within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards common goals.
  • Adept at problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and health codes related to the food service industry.
