AdButler is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations Specialist to enhance its corporate image and drive communications strategy across various platforms. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a positive public image for the company, enhancing its brand presence, and driving its marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Media Relations:** Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the ad-tech and retail industries. Secure press coverage and manage media inquiries.
  • **Content Creation:** Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR-related content that aligns with the company's brand voice and business goals.
  • **Strategic Planning:** Design and execute PR campaigns that enhance AdButler's reputation, increase brand visibility, and support its overall marketing strategy.
  • **Crisis Management:** Lead crisis communication efforts by preparing and executing response strategies to manage any potential risks to the company's reputation.
  • **Event Coordination:** Promote AdButler's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • **Social Media Management:** Oversee and execute social media strategies to amplify PR campaigns and engage with the audience online.
  • **Reporting & Analytics:** Monitor PR campaign performance, analyze media coverage, and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with the product, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of PR efforts with business objectives.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably within the ad-tech or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and managing PR campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
