Job Summary:

The Solution Consultant is a key member of the sales team at Tipalti, responsible for presenting and championing our products and solutions to customers and potential customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our solutions and the ability to articulate their value to C-Level and front-line representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
  • Partner with product teams to drive a deeper understanding of prospect and customer needs.
  • Maintain awareness of customer experiences, industry trends, and competitor intelligence.
  • Participate in assigned projects and initiatives, primarily within sales, but may include partnering with marketing and customer success.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in finance, accounting, or business, and a proven track record in a fintech environment.
